Testimony by: Jean & Steven K
December 1, 2017
"My name is Steven Kallstrom, and I am proud to say that I am a Christian. According to my great wife, Jean, I had been "SAVED" about 2 years ago. After having undergone surgeries on both shoulders, and my left knee, I ended up in the hospital again, for close to a month. What had happened was, I had a herniated disk and 2 bulging. Jean said that it was around this time that I was "SAVED". But, I didn't feel it. So, Jean and I set out to find a "Church" that we could belong to. It didn't take long, because one day we were talking to our good friend Joyce. She said that we should come to her church," The Bonnyville Community Church". When we first walked into the "Church", Jean felt it first. She said, "This is it. I feel strange. I feel "God" in here". She said this just as she walked in the door. I could feel it to, the "Aura", was different, than we have ever felt. We have been going there for over 6 months now, and the presence of "God" is unbelievable here. Pastor Ken is great. I have never met a pastor like him. Pastor Ken is "real". When he talks, you listen, and you follow him. I think he knows everyone in his "Church". He cares for his congregation. He talks to everyone. I feel like a new man, because I now have a new hope. I believe that I will walk with "Jesus". The reason I have chosen to type this little story of mine, is because we feel we are part of a bigger family now. To those people that know me, it is true. I would like to see some of those people from Bonnyville and surrounding areas come here, and see for yourselves. Come to the Bonnyville Community Church, and see for yourselves. I will finish by saying this. If you want to be part of a great family and want to hear a "Pastor" that cares about his people and also his community, please come to the BONNYVILLE COMMMUNITY CHURCH, directly behind the Wholesale store. Thank you for reading this, and I hope to see you there, Sunday mornings @ 10:00 am. You will not be sorry."
